The following process takes place in Machining department where the casting is turned into machined part. The machining runs on japanese milling center with four or five axes with vertical or horizontal spindle position. This center can not only mill, but also dril, ream, brush or thread. Machining line is formed by several connected centers, where different operation is assigned to each center leading to machining part according to customer requirements. The operator provides the main activity here, he moves the part among the individual centers and starts them. After the main machining proces is completed, the operator puts the part into the dishwasher, that washes it from the cutting emulsion.
In the next phase of the process the leakage test takes place. Finished part is completed by adding components (screws, pins or oil pumps) and checked by quality department.
