We produce plastic parts on two injection molding machines (550 tons power) and finish them on two assembly lines.
The process of plastic injection begins with drying granulate in drying center where the residual moisture is gradually dried. Then the granulate is sucked directly into the injection molding machine, where it is melted and subsequently injected into the mold. The handling robot moves the casted part to operator station and the operator performs the part inspection. The following process takes place on assembly line, where we use laser and vibration welding technology. Then all small components are assembled together and their quality is visualy checked.
